Dzieciom Świata

Everyday 16 000 children die all over the world, because of hunger and diseases resulting from it. Most of them are children of Africa. The statistics are terrifying - every 5 seconds one child dies because of starvation. To save children's lives, our College has initiated an all-Polish undertaking to help the poorest children of the world. The undertaking exists under the name “For The Children Of the World”, and its patron is the Episcopacy Commission for  Missions. The main assumption is continuous spiritual and material help and making people sensitive to the need for mercy to each other. Groups of people systematically organize collections of offerings in families, schools and work places and these are transferred to the account of the Episcopacy Commission for Missions.

Humanitarian projects are submitted to the Episcopacy Commission for Missions by missionaries who take care of the children. Many events are organized within the frameworks of the enterprise, e.g.: meetings, exhibitions, reviews of films about missions and presentations by missionaries. The biggest accompanying event is “A Big Auction of Famous Poles”, over which the media patronage is taken by the Polish Television, with the honorary patron of the International Chapter of The Order of Smile.
